Sultan Ahmed Mosque
Sultan Ahmed Mosque which is also known as “Blue Mosque” is a historical mosque situated in Istanbul Turkey. This beautiful mosque has 6 grandiose Minarets and doom shaped architecture is feast to watch. The Ottoman Sultan ordered its construction in 1609 and it was competed in 1616. This Grand mosque has capacity of over 10000 people. Its doom is 141 feet high and height of its each minaret is 210 feet. With its eye catching exterior and blue tiled interior (the reason why it is also known as Blue Mosque), this mosque is one of the most beautiful mosques in World.
